EvoCharge Returns

EvoCharge Consumer Return and Order Cancellation Policy:

EvoCharge offers returns of undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery of products purchased directly by consumers from www.evocharge.com.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact EvoCharge for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Call 888-653-0160 or email customer service at [email protected]
  2. When an RGA is issued, you will be provided with a prepaid return label and all information needed to return your product.
  3. Refunds to your original payment method will be provided once we receive the returned product and it meets the above criteria and our inspection.
  4. Refund will include the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes.
  5. Allow 3-5 days for credit to process.

To request an order cancellation, please contact EvoCharge by calling 888-653-0160 or email [email protected]. An order can only be canceled if it has not yet shipped.  If you have already received an email notification that the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.  Therefore, you will need to follow the return process. You can view the shipping status of your order by logging into your account online.
