EvoCharge Returns

EvoCharge Consumer Return and Order Cancellation Policy:

EvoCharge offers returns of undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery of product purchased directly by consumers from www.evocharge.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method minus the cost of the return shipping.

To initiate a return a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must first be obtained from EvoCharge by calling 888-653-0160 or email [email protected]. When an RMA is issued, you will be provided with a return label and all information needed to return your product.

To request an order cancellation, please contact EvoCharge by calling 888-653-0160 or email [email protected]. An order can only be canceled if it has not yet shipped.  If you have already received an email notification that the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.  Therefore, you will need to follow the return process. You can view the shipping status of your order by logging into your account online.
