EvoCharge Returns
EvoCharge Consumer Return and Order Cancellation Policy:
All EvoCharge products purchased directly from evocharge.com are eligible for return within 30 days from delivery, provided it is in new condition (unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and hasn’t been installed).
To initiate a return:
- Contact EvoCharge for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Call 888-653-0160 or email customer service at evochargesupport@phillipsandtemro.com
- When an RGA is issued, you will be provided with a return shipping label and all information needed to return your product.
- Charging stations being returned are subject to a $50 per unit fee for return shipping and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds to your original payment method will be processed once we receive the returned product and it meets the above criteria and our inspection.
- Refunds will include the original purchase price plus any applicable taxes, minus the return shipping fee.
- Any shipping costs paid on your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 5 days for credit to process.
To request an order cancellation, please contact EvoCharge by calling 888-653-0160 or email evochargesupport@phillipsandtemro.com. An order can only be canceled if it has not yet shipped. If you have already received an email notification that the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, you will need to follow the return process. You can view the shipping status of your order by logging into your account online.
